I've recently noticed that we've all strayed from our paths...and the bitter words are getting us nowhere! Let us remember who is at the center of this story, THE FAERIE QUEENE. Now I'm not just saying this because she's my gf, and I miss her...I just want everyone to realize that if we all acted more like her holiness maybe all this stuff wouldn't have happened.
Or if you acted more like me...just look at this display of chivalry, goodness, and courtesy!
I'm pretty pumped that the dragon and Giant Pride didn't kill us all.
All in a days work...
Seriously, Crosse, you need to cool it with the smack-talking. I just call it like I see it and the way I see it, we all get what's coming to us in the end. About that Duessa...she's great, isn't she? You say she's no Una, and you're right. Una's a spineless little brat who clearly doesn't cherish you or have any loyalty to you whatsoever. Leave her in the mist, I say. Her and that precious little white lamb of hers...seriously, girlfriend needs to wake up and realize the "chaste virgin" think is SO 13th century. I wouldn't trust her farther than I could throw her, and being all magic-like, I could probably throw her pretty far.
Anywho... by for now. Long live the Pope!
Things just keep getting worse.
After I killed Error, Una and I went to Archimago's, and I turn my back on her for an instant and she's off with some squire. I can't believe it. I thought I knew Una...she was everything that was beautiful and pure. Or at least I thought she was. But I was wrong. It just doesn't seem worth it to believe in anything anymore.
I got into another fight...this time with SansFoy. And I killed him.
I've been spending a lot of time with Duessa lately. I guess she's alright. But she isn't Una.
We went to this place called the House of Pride, and Duessa was quick to jump right in with the pride train. She fits right in, I suppose. But me, I stayed on the margins. Then SansJoy showed up, and he saw me with his brother's shield. So again I found myself in battle. I guess I shouldn't be so surprised. I am, after all, a knight. Anyway, I was just about to end him, when he disappeared in this strange fog. Just like that--gone. And Duessa was nowhere to be found, either. So I left through the back door.
